Publication Date:
September 2013

Overview:
Tristan Coleman has survived the change from Clann magic user to vampire, much to Savannah Colbert's joy—and despair. By changing the Clann's golden boy and newly elected leader, even to save him from death, she has unleashed a fury of hatred and fear that they cannot escape.
As the Clann and the vampire council go to war, Tristan and Sav face a new threat—a fracturing of the all-consuming bond they share. To fight for peace, they must forge a new trust and risk everything to take down their deadliest enemy, even as they must run for their lives. Soon they will learn that some bonds are stronger than love—and some battles cannot be won without sacrifice.

My thoughts:
I feel in love with these teens and this series as soon as I had read the first chapter and the author has more then proven her worth...hoping for more.
So to finally get the chance to read this last book, was so exciting.
Savannah is dealing with her choices in life.Turning Tristan just happens to be one of them. Did she think they would end up traveling in a RV across country with her mom, Tristan and his sister, plus dear old dad? Hell No! Things just never go according to plan and crap hits the fan rather quickly. Tristan loses the only parent he had left, even if she had him thrown out of the Clann.
Friends tortured, people killed, cities burned and left to destruction.....my kind of drama. But the end of this is amazing and it all comes to a head and and close.

My rating:
5 stars
