My thoughts: 

Well little cousin Lana has grown up and is strutting around looking like a skank, in my opinion. But who can blame her. Dad cheated with a younger girl, mom freaks at the sound of a fart and what's left for this girl to do. So she must stand out and what does this girl want, Sawyer, sure he's her cousin leftovers but who can blame this girl. He looks great and she wants him now. Making out and yet being pushed aside, not cool. 
I would have given Sawyer and huge punch in the face for treating me as second best, but truth is he's mad for Lana....just as she is mad for him. 

All this drama and more involved with the Vincent Brothers, once raised as cousin and now realizing they are true brothers....even if it is just half brothers.
